Buildings for sale! Morinville currently has two (2) residences, one (1) barn, and one (1) steel shed for sale. Buildings will be sold separately and as-is through a closed bidding process. Removal of buildings will be at the expense of the purchaser and are to be removed as soon as possible following the sale. Intersection & Signage Changes: Beginning October 1, intersection & signage changes will be phased in throughout Morinville. Changes will be made every month by quadrant until completed. Several Town departments recently collaborated on a marketing project with the goal of telling a story as to why Morinville is a great place to live, work, and play.
