Each year, Town Council appoints members of the community to its municipal boards and committees.
Morinville boards and committees are comprised of Council representatives, members of the public, and representatives of organizations or groups. Each year, Morinville Council appoints community members to serve on municipal boards and committees. This is a wonderful opportunity for residents to take part in the decision-making process on issues that affect our community.
Generally, Council representatives serve one-year terms and members of the public and organization/group representatives serve three-year terms (unless otherwise directed by bylaw or Council resolution). Members can be reappointed for successive terms. Recruitment takes place every Fall for terms that take effect November 1 or January 1.
Applications are now closed.
