EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVALS: An approved Development Permit does not come into effect until 22 days after the date of the Notice of Decision. The undertaking of any development by the Applicant prior to the expiry of this period is done solely at the risk of the Applicant. DEVELOPMENT APPEALS: Appeals of the Decision of the Development Authority may be made by affected persons to the Town of Morinville Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the Notice of Decision date. Appeals of the Decision of the Development Authority may be made by the Applicant within 21 days after the Date of Decision.
