Morinville Pitch-In/Operation Clean Sweep on May 3 marks the 52nd Annual Pitch-In Canada Week. This program is the largest environmental improvement campaign in Canada and the Municipality of Morinville, as well as local schools, businesses and residents will be doing their part!

Communities in Bloom (CiB) is a global program that was started in the UK and is celebrated in many parts of the developed world. Every year judges travel to Morinville and evaluate how each of the communities come together to visually show their pride and community involvement. Go Morinville!

Celebrating French Heritage/
Célébration de la Francophonie - March 1
Come and celebrate Morinville's rich French Canadian Heritage and the "Rendez Vous de la Francophonie" which is a global celebration of French language and culture! The festivities begin with the Flag raising (lever du drapeau) followed by a French family friendly performance. You will not not want to miss the evening French dinner at the Morinville Community Cultural Centre complete with heritage displays and musical concert.
